PRIMER – FOR USE WITH LINSEED OIL PAINT

A ready-to-use primer specially formulated for application with our Linseed Oil Paint on bare timber surfaces. There’s no longer any need to mix your own primer using raw linseed oil and balsam turpentine—this convenient blend is made from natural ingredients and pigments, pre-mixed in the ideal ratios. Simply give it a good stir, and it’s ready to apply. Just one coat provides the perfect foundation for our Linseed Oil Paint range.

Our primer comes in four shades to use with our range of colors:

PRIMER #1 – for whites & light colors

PRIMER #2 – for mid tones

PRIMER #3 – for dark colors

PRIMER #4 – for reds

When you order your Linseed Oil Paint the recommended primer will be specified for each colour.

Please note that the color may vary between batches, but it will not affect the final finish once the topcoats are applied.
