Delivery Times & Costs
If your order is placed before 12.00 pm ET, it is usually dispatched the same day.
We use FedEx to ship your paint orders of 1.05 Quart and above which are tracked through the FedEx system.
Color cards, sample pots and small accessories are sent out via USPS.
Delivery time can vary but usually between 2 -5 days depending on your location.
The scale of charges is dependent on how far you are from our New Hampshire distribution center.
Packaging
We package our paint with a lot of care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We use food-grade tins, which seal really well. When packing each tin, we put them in a large ‘egg’ box, specially made for us. The void fill is all recycled cardboard.
In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, we cannot accept claims.
Returns
We understand that perhaps you have chosen the wrong product or you have changed your mind. In that case, you can, of course, return your goods for a refund. There will however be a restocking charge of 10% of the item(s) current sales price for any returned order which will be deducted from your refund. Returns for refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- The products are unopened and returned within 30 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
- You must notify us by email – sales@linseedoilpaint.com – within 24 hours of receipt of your order
- The goods are returned at your own expense and the goods need to be in a saleable condition.
- The goods will be deemed returned when actually received.
- If it is paint that is being returned, that the paint is a stock color and not made-to-order.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on custom-made paint products.
