PRIMER – FOR USE WITH LINSEED OIL PAINT

This product is a pre-formulated Primer intended for use in conjunction with our Linseed Oil Paint on timber substrates. It eliminates the need to manually prepare a primer from paint, raw linseed oil, and balsam turpentine. Manufactured from natural ingredients and mineral pigments, the Primer is blended to precise ratios to ensure optimal performance. Following thorough stirring, the product is ready for direct application. A single coat provides a stable and compatible base layer for subsequent applications of any colour within the Linseed Oil Paint range.

It comes in four shades:

PRIMER #3

PRIMER #4

PRIMER #1 is the lightest of the four shades.

The recommended primer for each color is available on the Primer Chart

Please note that the color may vary between batches, but it will not affect the final finish once the topcoats are applied.
