Raw Linseed Oil

Our raw linseed oil is cold-pressed and filtered from flax seeds and left completely unmodified, resulting in a pure, natural oil ideally suited for the creation of a a primer. Its exceptionally low surface tension allows it to soak deeply into the material, strengthening and nourishing from within rather than forming a brittle film on top.

Deep Penetration
Raw linseed oil sinks far into the wood fibers, especially when used as part of a primer. This delivers a level of protection that surface coatings alone cannot achieve, reinforcing the wood and improving long-term performance.

Brush Maintenance
The easiest way to maintain your natural bristle brushes is to suspend them in raw linseed oil. This keeps them fresh and ready for next use.
